PA Academy workshops leading to the Care Certificate The Care Certificate replaces Common Induction Standards by Skills for Care. It is aimed at health and social care workers, both those already in employment, and those starting a new job. The Care Certificate provides really important and worthwhile training to help in your role, and promote your career development. It forms the building blocks to further progression to a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. The training is mapped to the Care Certificate to ensure that it meets the industry standards and results in the highest quality of care.
