Learn new IT skills such as using emails, browsing the internet and producing documents. These 20 classes will teach you everyday skills for life and work.

Know your mind - Relax and feel calm
In 10 three hour sessions you will learn new skills to relax and unwind. Develop techniques such as mindfulness & meditation, helping you to cope better with the stresses of life.

Know your true self - Build your confidence
Identify your strengths and what is holding you back. Over 10 sessions, you will learn how to manage changes in your life, improve motivation and confidence, and plan your next steps.

Know your way - Get back into work
A 12 week employment support programme including employability skills, IT techniques and personal development strategies. Develop the skills that will help you back into work.
