Background Information

Each year as many as 5.5 million people in the UK suffer from food poisoning – that’s 1 in 10 of the population! UK food hygiene law states that all food handlers should have adequate instruction and training in food safety. Professional Care offer a ½ day course on Food Hygiene training, for care staff involved in food handling.
