The course encourages individuals to explore their current understanding of disability, and the attitudes of society to people with disabilities.

Using a combination of action and  experiential learning, individuals will in a controlled way, begin to understand some of the key issues facing people with disabilties, on a day to day basis.

The training includes discussion and guidance on both appropriate language and current disabilty legislation, before a topical disability word association session concludes the course.

Training can be either half or full day, located at either Poynters House or in the delegates’ own work place.

Minimum numbers apply.
