Poynters House acts as a focal point for disability and older persons services in Bedfordshire and Luton.

The Centre offers over 14,000 sq ft of lettable floor space, via sub leases and quarterly licences to a wide range of organisations.

A whole host of voluntary sector, health and social care tenants all share their working knowledge and experiences to create a unique and rich framework of partnership working.

A range of meeting rooms are available to tenants free of charge, and the Centre offers daily post collection and deliveries along with Broadband capabilities, a managed reception and switchboard, and unlimited access out of hours.
