People can access a wide range of information, advice and services including; Welfare Benefit support, Individual Budgets and Direct Payments advice and support so people can recognise their rights as equal citizens. There are extensive information libraries in a range of accessible formats, and staff are trained to assist on issues such as assistive technology; specialist equipment and can direct you to other support networks. Equipment areas offer a much needed “try before you buy” policy, aiding people to select the perfect equipment for their daily living needs.

The Centres are now fully open to local communities and will act to enhance the lives of Disabled People and Carers across Northamptonshire.
